To be eligible for the trainee, medical student, or allied health care rate, an official document indicating trainee, medical student, or allied health
care from the university/college or office is needed. Without documentation, the delegates unable to proceed to payment.
*** Pre-Congress/Workshop and Congress fee is exclusive of merchant fees.
- Must register for the main congress to take part in the workshops.
- Half Day Workshop Morning Session take places at 8 - 12 a.m
- Half Day Workshop Afternoon Session take places at 1 - 5 p.m
- Full Day Workshop take places at 8 a.m - 5 p.m
- Limited seats available. Please register early to avoid disappointment.
Request of refund must be received to ICCN Commitee in writing. Cancellation fee will be charged as follows :
- 75 USD processing fee before April 30, 2024
- 75% refund if cancelled between April 30, 2024 - July 9, 2024
- 50% refund if cancelled between July 10, 2024 - August 9, 2024
- No refund beginning August 10, 2024
